What are Luna Ray Jewellery pieces made from?

We now have two categories on our website; Clay jewellery and Fine Jewellery. Our Clay jewellery is sustainably, slow-made by hand using polmer clay clay, stainless steel, sterling silver and brass components. Our one of a kind collection is dedicated to recycled clay pieces which are created using scraps of clay leftover in the making of other designs.

Our Fine jewellery is made with 100% recycled sterling silver. We also offer the pieces in gold, to create these we use a base of recycled sterling silver which is heavily plated with 3 microns of 14K gold through a process called electro-plating.

How is the jewellery packaged?
A lot time has been invested in sourcing sustainable, eco-friendly packaging. We send each order in a recyclable kraft box, the tissue paper is FSC certified and acid free and fully recyclable also. Each piece comes with an eco friendly jewellery box gilded with the Luna Ray Jewellery logo, perfect for gifting!
How heavy are the pieces?  

LayoutHub is an easy page builder that helps merchants quickly set up an online store with any kind of page type by using our library of pre-designed layouts and blocks.

Do you do custom requests?  
Absolutely, if you don't see a style you like or you'd like to change the colour slightly or even change the gold to silver, simply email lunarayjewellery@gmail.com or drop us a DM on our Instagram page and we will discuss the process with you. 
Do you offer bridal party commissions?

Yes, we do bridal party commissions. We also offer colour matching so if the dresses have already been picked, we can colour mix the clay to your desired shade.

Is the jewellery stocked in any shops?

Yes, we are currently stocked in over 20 beautiful gift shops and jewellery stores. You can find our full list of stockists here.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order, please allow 4-5 days for us to make your beautiful jewellery by hand. Once the order has shipped you will receive another email with tracking information. All orders are shipped using tracked shipping via CTT.

What forms of payment does the shop have?
We accept all major credit cards and also the option to pay via PayPal or ApplePay. 
Do you offer refunds or returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product for hygiene reasons we do not offer returns, refunds or cancellations. If you have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via email lunarayjewellery@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We do not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Please consult our returns policy for further information.

Haven't received your order?

If you haven't received your order and it is now well outside the estimated delivery timeframe, do not hesitate to contact us lunarayjewellery@gmail.com and we will help you locate your package.

How to use discount codes?
From time to time we offer discount codes. These can be applied on our website's checkout page before final payment. Any issues or having trouble applying your discount code, you can email us at lunarayjewellery@gmail.com. Please note discount codes are not valid on any gift voucher products.
